A group of mice living within the walls of a house forms an orchestra. However, the music disturbs the cat who also lives there, so the cat sets out to eliminate the mice.
The hep cat in Tin Can Alley finds the mouse symphony orchestra practicing next door a constant disturbance to his jazzy jive. Dressed as the Pied Piper, he pipes them away, but the mice call the final tune.
